ETTI collects personal
information solely for the purpose of operating as a Registered Training
Organisation under the Australian Quality Training Framework administered
by the Victorian Government who are the registering authority. The requirements of the registering authority
may require the release of personal information for the purposes of audit
or for collection of data by Commonwealth and State Government departments
and agencies.

ever care is taken by ETTI to ensure your security when using this website,
no transmission of information to and from a website and or email address
is ever completely secure. Therefore whilst ETTI takes all reasonable
steps to protect your security we cannot fully guarantee the security

ETTI will make no attempt to identify users of our website except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the ETTI hosting logs.

Complaints
Any
concerns you may have regarding our personal information handling practices
may be raised by calling our complaints department on (03) 9681 7822. ETTI will handle your complaint in the following manner:
- Record full details of the complaint
- Ascertain the specific need of the complaint
- Attempt to resolve to resolve the issue immediately by providing relevant advice and / or information to address the issue
- Explain the full course of action
- Follow up complaints within 24 hours of receipt
- Provide acknowledgement that the complaint has been received.
If
the issue cannot be resolved by the complaints department or a satisfactory
resolution cannot be achieved, you may refer your complaint to the Australian
National Training Authority at vetqueries@anta.gov.au.
