Entertainment Technology Training Institute (ETTI) has been established to meet the increasing demand for qualified staff in the entertainment industry, particularly from lighting, staging, audio, labour hire and major event organisations.

The training industry has been one of the largest growth industries in Australia over the past ten years. In particular, the entertainment industry is going through large and dynamic growth in both size and regulation.

Simultaneously, an increase in industry skills gaps and the advancement of technology across our varied workforce environments has reinforced the need for both in-house and accredited training.

ETTI is well positioned to lead in the reduction of the skills gaps by providing industry-based training programs to create an educated and qualified workforce. We are owned and managed by professionals from the training and entertainment industries, who bring a wealth of knowledge of the Federal Government's training agenda and current entertainment and technology trends and directions.

Our primary goal is to be the recognised industry leader for the development and delivery of industry-based training packages. Our objectives are threefold:

Our products are marketed to key two groups: job placement agencies and fee-for-service applicants from private enterprise.
